Complete house renovation

A comprehensive 6-week build consisting of room reconfiguration, including the removal of the wall between the kitchen and study to establish a spacious kitchen area. The open concept continues with a seamless opening to the living room, as well as the installation of stylish new doors. Additionally, we will block off one doorway and modify the bedroom cupboard to utilize the space for a more luxurious en-suite with a walk-in shower. This project features a brand new Howdens kitchen equipped with quartz worktops and Ted Baker tiles, alongside a conveniently located downstairs WC and fully renovated main bathroom and en-suite. All areas will be re-plastered and re-decorated, with new flooring and skirting boards across the ground floor. Furthermore, we will install elegant new oak internal doors, a new gas boiler, modern radiators, and a top-of-the-line unvented hot water system. Energy-efficient UPVC doors and windows installed by Sunshine Installations, complemented by a new electrical board and luxurious chrome fittings throughout, including stylish John Lewis lighting.
